The smell of an ancient and nostalgic bakery? Come to Dimas-Alang Panaderia where memories flash back!

If you’re a fan of mouthwatering, freshly baked pastries, look no further than Panadería Dimas Alang.

Year 1919 in Pasig City, a well-known baker Alejandro Gonzales founded an almost century-old bakery shop currently named “Dimas-Alang Panaderia”. After his wife died, he passed it down to his sister-in-law Teresa Raymundo Santos who managed it alongside her four children. Originally, the Panaderia was part of the province of Rizal and named Dos Hermanos, which means “two brothers” but in time, it was named after Dr. Jose Rizal’s pen name when he was in La Solidaridad, Dimas-Alang, translating to the word “untouchable”. The Bakery is now handled by the third generation of the family, Manolo Lozada who kept the Panaderia still alive and kicking, making it the oldest bakery in the Philippines and a tourist attraction in the City of Pasig because of its long-running period.

Their commitment to authentic recipes is what makes Panadería Dimas Alang stand out. Every pastry is made with love and care, with the use of baking techniques passed down through generations. That’s why you can’t beat Panadería Dimas Alang’s freshness of their pastries.
